Scissor jack belongs to a type of mechanical jack, which has two types: manual and electric jacks. When using a manual jack to lift heavy objects, we need to constantly rotate the handle to slowly lift heavy objects such as cars. However, people have found that the handles of other types of jacks such as screw jacks and hydraulic jacks have a labor-saving effect, while the handle of scissor jacks is prone to detachment and difficulty during shaking.

The handle originally equipped for the scissor jack was an elongated folding rod with a slender design, more like a slender stick. It was difficult for the human hand to exert more force on the handle. Later, people invented a ratchet handle specifically for scissor jacks, which is similar to the wrench we usually use, and is therefore also known as a ratchet wrench handle.

The handle of the ratchet wrench is about 34 centimeters long. When in use, simply align the hole on the wrench with the protruding spiral part of the scissor jack, and the threaded rod can be rotated to drive the jack bracket up or down.
