There are many specifications and models of screw jacks. As their load-bearing capacity increases, the size of the jack, including its internal structure, top cover, and handle, will also increase. However, due to the limitations of the jack's equipment, regardless of the tonnage of the jack, the area of the anti slip top cover of the jack will appear very small compared to the area of the heavy object. If a smaller anti slip top cover with a jack is used to lift a large area of heavy objects, there will be various unsafe factors.

To avoid the occurrence of these unsafe factors, we need to pay attention to the following issues when lifting large workpieces and heavy objects:

1. Ensure that the center of the anti slip cover of the jack and the center of the heavy object, as well as the center of the supporting ground, are kept on a vertical line to prevent uneven force, heavy object falling, and jack collapse when lifting heavy objects;

2. When the area of the heavy object is too large, we can use two jacks at the same time to lift the object. The operator needs to maintain a consistent lifting speed under the command of a dedicated person;

3. When the area of the heavy object is too large and the screw jack cannot complete the lifting work, we recommend that customers use other types of lifting tools, such as hoists, gantry cranes, cantilever cranes, truck cranes, etc.
