Spiral jack is a load lifting device that requires low manpower, high ground requirements, and less heavy objects. It is stable in force, small in size, and easy to place even in small spaces. It can effectively output mechanical force and achieve significant lifting effects.
When using a screw jack, simply shake the ratchet clockwise. To lower it, turn the ratchet switch and rotate the ratchet counterclockwise. If the jack cannot shake the ratchet when loaded, insert the pressure rod into the ratchet cylinder and press the ratchet up and down. When the limit red line is exposed, the upward operation must be stopped.
If the lifting operation is not stopped in a timely manner, causing the limit red line of the jack lifting sleeve to exceed the jack housing, the method to restore it is relatively simple. Adjust the pawl and rotate counterclockwise. If it still cannot be turned, insert the pressure rod into it, press down on the top cover of the lifting sleeve of the jack, and pull it hard. The sleeve can be smoothly lowered.
The fundamental reason for this situation is still due to the insufficient lifting height of the screw jack. To solve this problem, we can place hard objects such as wooden boards and bricks at the bottom of the jack to increase its stroke.
